From December 26, the Indian tour of South Africa will begin with a three-match Test series in Centurion. From January 3, the second Test will be held at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg while the final Test will be held at Newlands in Cape Town from January 11. Many spectacular individual performances have been highlighted in India’s prior South African trips. The likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Virat Kohli, Murali Vijay, and Ajinkya Rahane have been able to withstand a ferocious South African pace attack on numerous occasions. In spite of this, India has yet to win a series in South Africa despite putting on a fantastic show.
