After this five-nation tournament is through, the champion will be eligible to compete in South Africa’s first major tournament early next year. On Saturday, the Nepalese girls had beaten Qatar by 79 runs after dismissing them for just 38 in an earlier encounter.
The game lasted less than an hour despite the fact that 9.2 overs were required to complete it.
With Theertha Sathish’s four not out, the UAE’s highest scorer, no cricketer from either side was able to even reach double digits.
Only Sneha Mahara (3 runs off 10 balls) managed to worry the scorers for Nepal throughout their batting innings. Two runs were scored by Maneesha Rana, and three other batters each contributed one.
Mahika Gaur and Indhuja Nandkumar both grabbed three wickets for six runs in their four overs as UAE’s off-spinners began the batting for the first time this season.

To help promote women’s basketball at the youth level, many of the associate member countries are launching their own youth programs.
It should be noted that Nepal has very few excellent pitches for men’s cricket, therefore these girls deserve a lot of praise because they have already won a match and are expected to annihilate both Bhutan and Thailand in the competition so far.
There is no disputing, however, that UAE, a team made up primarily of South Asian expatriate ladies, has a commanding lead in the race to go to South Africa.
