CSK vs SRH
T Natarajan's stunning delivery left Ruturaj Gaikwad bewildered in the IPL 2022.

Ruturaj Gaikwad was bowled by T Natarajan as SunRisers Hyderabad beat Chennai Super Kings by eight-wicket in the Indian Premier League 2022.

SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) bowler T Natarajan produced a stunning inswinging delivery on Saturday that bamboozled Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opener Ruturaj Gaikwad and knocked back his middle stump. Despite Gaikwad’s best efforts, the left-arm seamer’s full delivery swung in to beat the batter’s flick and hit the middle stump, dismissing him. Gaikwad’s terrible start to the season continued after his dismissal.

Ruturaj Gaikwad was sent back to the pavilion by T Natarajan’s inswinger.

This season’s leading IPL run-scorer, Gaikwad, is yet to hit a huge score, and he was bowled out for 16 off 13 balls in Sunday’s game.

After restricting CSK to 154/7, T Natarajan and W Sundar each took two wickets. Moeen Ali was CSK’s best batsman with 48 runs off 35 balls.

SRH, on the other hand, cruised to victory as opener Abhishek Sharma scored his first half-century of the IPL.

The youthful left-hander hit five boundaries and three sixes in his 75-ball knock.

Even though Kane Williamson struggled to get runs quickly, Sharma was able to lean on him since he stayed at the crease. Final score: 32 out of 40.

In the wake of Williamson’s exit, though, Rahul Tripathi stepped in and ensured that SRH was never put under any strain, scoring 39 off 15 deliveries to finish unbeaten.

When Abhishek Sharma withdrew, SRH had won the match, and Tripathi and Pooran had 14 deliveries to spare, thus they were able to seal the victory with ease.
