Prasidh Krishna was the standout Indian bowler in the second ODI against the Windies, finishing with stats of 4/12, although Deepak Hooda and Washington Sundar also played important roles, each taking a wicket at critical points in the game.
Team India cricketer Dinesh Karthik praised Rohit Sharma for some of the critical decisions that helped India secure a 44-run win over West Indies in Ahmedabad on Wednesday. On the other hand, Prasidh Krishna, Deepak Hooda, and Washington Sundar all contributed to the Indian team’s success by taking wickets at important points in the game. Odean Smith and Shamarh Brooks were both dismissed by Hooda and Sundar to bring an end to the Windies’ struggle.
As for Brooks’ dismissal, Karthik stated Hooda did the task he was given, even if the onus of responsibility for the dismissal fell on the batter.
