Babar Azam
Babar Azam's Pakistan was swept by England in all three Tests.

Danish Kaneria, a former Pakistani spinner, has made a caustic comment on Babar Azam, implying that he is a massive zero as a Test captain.

The Pakistan cricket team, which was playing England in a Test series at home, was beaten badly by Ben Stokes and company. England won the first ever 3-0 Test series whitewash in Pakistan by playing their own form of cricket, infamously known as “Baseball.” Pakistan’s performance in the series has garnered widespread criticism, with even captain Babar Azam coming under fire. Danish Kaneria, a former Pakistani spinner, has also said that Babar is no match for Virat Kohli.

“Avoid making parallels between Babar Azam and Virat Kohli. Big names in cricket include Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. The Pakistani squad doesn’t include anyone who can be considered a comparable opponent. The person will rise to the status of the king if you force them to speak. Their output will be nil when you ask for it “in a video he posted on YouTube, Kaneria claimed.

When it comes to leadership, Kaneria calls Babar “a big zero” in the video. He claimed that Pakistan’s captain would have benefited from watching Brendon McCullum and Ben Stokes play during the series.

“As captain, Babar Azam is a huge 0.0. The team should not follow his lead. He is not qualified to captain the squad, especially in Test matches. He could have picked up some valuable lessons about being a captain by observing Ben Stokes and Brendon McCullum during the series. Instead of being so proud, he might have asked Sarfaraz Ahmed for guidance on being a leader on the field “Says Kaneria.

In fact, the former Pakistan spinner later suggests that Babar stop playing the game’s longest format.
