On July 18, during the first Indian ODI against Sri Lanka, Hardik returned to field responsibilities. He bowled over five in the game and grabbed a wicket while India won the match with seven wickets to take a 1-0 lead in the 3-game ODI series. The second ODI is scheduled for today.
