Mohammad Shami had KL Rahul out in the opening over of the fourth match of the IPL 2022 season, with the Indian star outside edging the ball to Matthew Wade.
KL In the fourth match of the IPL 2022, between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Gujarat Titans (GT), wicketkeeper-batsman Rahul was removed for a golden duck by Mohammed Shami. After being hit with a full ball by a teammate of Rahul’s, he was out of the game from the very start. Rahul made an attempt to stop it, but it slipped through his hands and was caught by wicketkeeper Matthew Wade. But an elated Gujarat team reviewed it and the umpire was moved. A spike from UltraEdge showed a clear deflection, and the 29-year-old was forced to leave for a golden duck in the replays that followed.

Both GT and LSG are making their IPL debuts in this week’s match.
Punjab Kings (PBKS), with whom he served as captain till the IPL 2021 season, brought Rahul to Lucknow. He got discharged from MI after the IPL 2021 season. Before the major auction, he joined Gujarat and was installed as their captain.
During the major auction, Lucknow bought Hardik’s brother Krunal for Rs 8.25 crore, with a base price of Rs 2 crore.
Hardik, the captain of Gujarat, won the coin toss and decided to field against Lucknow at the start of the match.
