All accusations against men’s team coach Mark Boucher were dropped by Cricket South Africa on Tuesday.
According to a statement made by Cricket South Africa (CSA) on Monday, the disciplinary accusations against men’s team head coach Mark Boucher, including the claim of racism, have “no foundation to uphold”. Thus, all charges are officially and unreservedly dropped by the board, according to CSA’s official statement. There are no more disciplinary charges against Boucher after the judgment by the CSA board.

Both the CSA and Boucher have considered the best course of action for advancing the interests of South African cricket and achieving the CSA’s strategic objectives of accessibility, inclusion, and excellence.
The Social Justice & Nation-Building (SJN) Ombudsman, Adv Dumisa Ntsebeza SC, submitted his report to the CSA Board in December 2021.
Because the Ombudsman claimed that he was unable to make “concrete findings” regarding Boucher, he advised that further formal proceedings take place in order to resolve these issues.
All parties concerned, including Boucher, were have the opportunity to present their side of the story to the CSA board following the recommendations of the SJN report’s findings.
CSA’s internal investigation into Enoch Nkwe’s resignation, as well as the findings of the SJN Ombudsman, were included in the charge sheet against Boucher, according to the release.
Chair of the CSA Board Lawson Naidoo said: “CSA has always made it a priority to deal with the SJN issues in a way that treats them seriously while also ensuring justice, due process, and a definitive resolution to the situation.
