Following England's unexpected pull out of their Pakistan tour, Ramiz Raja aired his feelings on Twitter.

An investigation will be conducted as per the rules and on merit alone.

Cricket Board Chairman Ramiz Raja, who serves as head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), expressed his shock and displeasure in a recent tweet over the England Cricket Board’s (ECB) decision to cancel their upcoming men’s and women’s cricket tours to Pakistan. When one of their own sought support, England fell short, according to Ramiz Raja. “feeling like England let down the cricketing community by failing to make good on a commitment and disappointing a cricket team member at the time when they needed help We will make it in God’s name “Ramiz Raja’s social media post read:

The PCB president concluded that Pakistan’s loss to India should be seen as a wake-up call for the squad to become world-class competitors so that other teams won’t be able to excuse themselves from facing Pakistan.

“Pak squad must become the best team in the world, and thus opponents won’t back out of matches because of the fear of losing to them,” he explained.

ECB on Monday stated it was being forced to recall its men’s and women’s teams from their tour of Pakistan, as both teams have withdrawn.

“England’s cricket teams will not be playing in Pakistan this fall,” ECB’s official statement stated. “The ECB Board convened this weekend to examine these extra England Women’s and Men’s games in Pakistan and we can report that the Board has regretfully chosen to remove both teams from the October trip.”
