Jadeja bowled the opening two balls for the maximum at deep midwicket. Harshal then bowled a beamer, which was also eliminated by Jadeja. The left-handed batsman did not let go of the released hit as he hit a different six.
He scored two runs approaching the next ball with a six and a four.
Jadeja’s stunning blitz added 191/4 after Harshal Patel’s half-century in the RCB’s favor, with Faf du Plessis and Suresh Raina securing crucial wickets in the equivalent over. Later he also discharged the serious Ambati Rayudu.
Harshal Patel still reaches the wicket table this season, but it will be one he needs to forget.
Earlier, CSK captain MS Dhoni acquired the toss and opted to bat.
Jadeja and Rayudu persevered their impulse after that when Harshal brought the wicket of Rayudu.
