When Radha Yadav made a fantastic grab at long-on in the Women’s Premier League on Tuesday, she proved again why she is considered one of India’s best fielders. On the opening delivery of the eleventh over, UP Warriorz’s Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma struck Shikha Pandey’s length ball toward long-on. Radha leaped forward and made a spectacular catch as the ball was slowing down in front of her to end Deepti’s innings.

Tahlia McGrath scored 90 not out off 50 balls, but it wasn’t enough as the Delhi Capitals beat the UP Warriors by 42 runs to win their second straight game in the current WBL season.
In their match against Delhi, UP Warriorz had a chance to post a score of 169 for 5.
Meg Lanning, Jess Jonassen, and Jemimah Rodrigues had earlier aided DC’s total of 211 for 4 in 20 overs.
With Lanning’s 70-run knockoff of 42 balls, Jonassen’s 42-run knock of 20, and Rodrigues’ undefeated 34-run knock of 22, Delhi reached the 200-run barrier.
Jonassen was also outstanding with the ball, taking three wickets, including two in one over.
On Tuesday at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, UPW captain Alyssa Healy won the toss and chose to bowl against Delhi Capitals in a Women’s Premier League match.
