Virat Kohli can be seen in the viral video trying to exert pressure on Shubman Gill after the two had a lighthearted exchange. As the kid’s hand was no longer in Kohli’s, he was able to break free.

While India was batting in the fourth and final Test match against Australia, the focus was on Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill. Despite the fact that emerging star Gill scored 128 runs to start the innings, batting veteran Kohli sped to his 28th Test century (186 runs) despite not having scored a hundred in the format in over three years. Beautifully, both batsmen took advantage of the conducive conditions at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. There is a video of the two of them engaging in a bit of bromance that has been shared widely online and is partly responsible for the pair’s increased public profile.

On camera, Kohli can be seen walking up to Gill as India fields in the Ahmedabad Test. In the video, Kohli and Gill engage in casual conversation until the former begins to try and twist the latter’s left hand. The kid manages to free himself from Kohli’s grasp and runs away.

At the end of play on Day 4, Australia was 3 for 3. On Monday, Travis Head and Matthew Kuhnemann will pick up where they left off, with a 3-0 and 0-0 record, respectively.

As India batted first, they scored 571 runs because of the efforts of Kohli and Gill, giving them a 91-run advantage over Australia.

As play resumed on Sunday, India was riding high on Kohli’s marathon performance and Axar Patel’s 79. Matthew Kuhnemann and Mitchell Starc took one wicket apiece, and Nathan Lyon and Todd Murphy each took three.
